Refunds

Full Refunds on unworn and/or unaltered merchandise within 14 days, The packaging must be in original condition. Refund will be applied to your original form of payment. Exchanges within 30 days, when accompanied by proof of purchase. Special orders, sale and engraved or personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online Returns

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Email us with your request to return an item. We will reply with a confirmation email providing that the terms of the returns policy are met.
  • Visit us in person or contact us for return instructions within 14 days of the delivery date along with a copy of your confirmation email to: jan@jemjewellers.com.
  • Please insure the package for the full amount through the carrier of your choice.

We will refund you the entire price of the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise will be credited within 5 days of receipt of item. We will send a confirmation email upon crediting your account.

Shipping Options

Please allow up to five business days to process your order and be aware that any package shipped will require a signature upon delivery. All shipping unless otherwise stated is a flat fee of $25.00. Additional charges may apply on merchandise $50,000 and above.
